The Policy
At Swan Studios, we strive for perfection. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a seamless return process. Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Bespoke or Custom-made pieces
- Items purchased during private gallery sales
- Intimate apparel or earrings (for hygiene reasons)
How to Return
Initiate Request
Email our concierge at hello@swanstudios.in within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
Preparation
Ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with all Swan Studios tags and protective packaging intact.
Collection
Once approved, we will arrange a complimentary pick-up from your address at a time convenient for you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. You will receive a notification email the moment the transaction is complete.
